Every Life Matters Cumbria, has teamed up with North East and North Cumbria Suicide Prevention Network, and CNTW NHS Foundation Trust, to launch three new short animations to support the revised Wellbeing and Mental Health during Covid-19 guide as part of its “look after yourself, look out for others, and get help early” awareness campaign.
