Meetings for women of all ages and beliefs in a friendly atmosphere with a speaker or demonstrator on Wednesdays, 7.30 p.m. in Kirkby Village Hall from September to May. Occasional outside visits. Membership £2.00 per annum.

KIRKBY CRICKET CLUB

Members of the North Lancashire and Cumbria Cricket League. Play at the Community Centre.

HISTORY OF KIRKBY GROUP

The group studies the History of Kirkby. Meetings held in Kirkby Village Hall on the  third Tuesday of every month at 2.00 p.m.  Occasional evening meetings with speakers.

Meetings on the first Monday of each month from October to April in the Methodist Church, Marshside at 8.00 p.m. Speakers on a variety of themes

FRIENDS OF BURLINGTON SCHOOL

A group of parents, teachers and governors who support the school and raise money for events, trips and equipment to enrich the lives of all of the pupils in the school.

LITTLE ACORNS

Sessions are held in Grizebeck Village Hall on Wednesdays, 9.45 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. during term time. All children are welcome from birth to starting school.
